How to Close your MonCash Account

In order to close your account you need to follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your account has zero balance
  2. Call Customer Care at 202 or go to a store
  3. Complete the identification process with the Customer Care Agent
  4. Upon successful validation a Closure request will be registered by the Agent, you will be required to send an email to clientsmoncash@digicelgroup.com with instructions to close the account, it must be accompanied with picture of your valid ID and Account number (phone number used to register to the service).
  5. After validation of your information the account will be closed within 2 weeks.
