MonCash agents are individuals or businesses authorized to provide services on behalf of MonCash. Each MonCash agent is able to perform transactions for customers, such as sending money under over- the-counter transfers (OTC), Cash In and Cash Out.

Become A MonCash Agent

To become a MonCash agent according to the category you want, you must provide

Required Documents:

  • VALID IDENTIFICATION OF THE BUSINESS OWNER AND THE EMPLOYEE (CIN, Passport or Driver's License)
  • PROOF OF ADDRESS OF THE BUSINESS OWNER AND THE EMPLOYEE (this document must not be more than 3 months old)
  • PHOTO OF MONCASH SERVICE (front and side)
  • PATENT (this document does not apply to individual Bronze agents)
  • BUSINESS CIF (this document does not apply to individual Bronze agents)

Proof of Address:

Here is a list of documents you can provide as proof of address:

  • Receipts for services (EDH, DINEPA, Phone or Internet bill) with the home address included
  • Bank account statement
  • Newspaper subscription
  • Copy of the lease you are renting
  • Residence certificate with home address
  • Delivery receipt (Mail, etc.)

Other Eligibility Requirements for Becoming an Agent You must have Digicel service in your area. It would be good to have Internet access. Once your Agent's application is approved, you must make your first Deposit at the Master Agent you selected when signing the contract.

How To Apply

Step 1

To apply, once the above documents are ready, you can use this site to make the request.

Step 2

A Digicel Representative will contact you within a period not exceeding 20 days for the necessary follow-ups. The representative will have the following documents:

  • CHECKLIST (Digicel representative will fill out when visiting the space)
  • REGISTRATION FORM - AGENT (Agent will complete and sign during the visit)
  • REGISTRATION FORM - EMPLOYEE (Agent will fill out and sign during the visit)
  • CONTRACT (all 3 original papers to be signed)
