How to deposit your MoneyGram funds in your MonCash account: The first step is to ensure you have a MonCash Plus account by providing a valid ID. After that, here are the steps depending on how you’re using your MonCash account:

Open your MonCash app
STEP 2:
Tap on the IMT section
STEP 3:
Click on "Via Reference Number" and enter the MoneyGram reference number shared by the person sending the international money transfer.
STEP 4:
Select MoneyGram under the partner.
STEP 5:
Your international remittance will be in your MonCash account.
STEP 1:
Access your MonCash account via *202#.
STEP 2:
Choose option 6,1 then 2 to receive an international transfer with a reference number.
STEP 3:
Select Option 1 - MoneyGram
STEP 4:
Enter the MoneyGram reference number
STEP 5:
Your international money transfer will be in your MonCash account.
