Welcome to the MonCash/PRISM Transfer IMT Back to School Promotion ("Promotion"). This Promotion offers eligible MonCash Plus wallet users’ automatic entry into MonCash Full Wallet sweepstake when they receive qualifying International Money Transfers (IMT) from abroad.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are in addition to, and incorporate, the general terms and conditions and privacy policy governing your MonCash account, accessible via the MonCash application or USSD menu.
The Promotion begins on August 21st, 2025, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 30th, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET, inclusively.
To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must meet the following criteria:
Each time an eligible MonCash Plus user receives an International Money Transfer from abroad with a value of $60 USD or more (inclusive), MonCash will enter the user into that week’s sweepstake that will be drawn once on a weekly basis for a chance to win a wallet refill bonus up to 100,000 HTG to their MonCash account if selected as a winner.
Details:The MonCash wallet will be refilled in Haitian Gourdes (HTG).
Each eligible MonCash user will receive an SMS confirmation once the wallet has been refilled to their account. There is no limit to the number of times a user can enter the sweepstake during the Promotion Period, provided each IMT meets the qualifying value threshold.
Every time an eligible MonCash user receives an IMT from abroad that qualifies during the Promotion Period, their phone number will automatically be entered into the weekly MonCash Full Wallet Weekly Sweepstake.
If an eligible MonCash user receives an IMT from abroad during the promotional period that does not qualify (i.e., outside the specified value range), their phone number will not be entered into the weekly sweepstake.
Details:The sweepstake will be conducted weekly for six (06) consecutive weeks.
ONE (01) lucky MonCash IMT receiver, eligible under these terms and conditions, will be randomly drawn each week to have their Wallet refilled up to 100,000 HTG based on the time and new balance of their account when they received the eligible IMT. For example, if at the time a MonCash IMT receiver receives the eligible IMT, their wallet balance is of 100 HTG and they received a $66 USD (Approx 8,646 HTG) qualified IMT, their new balance will be 8,746 HTG; then we will use this balance as the basis to refill their account up to 100K HTG; that is a refill bonus of 91,254 HTG! For avoidance of the doubt, if you receive a P2P or deposit after the IMT credit; you will be contacted to diminish your balance before we refill your account.
The more qualifying IMTs a receiver gets, the greater their chances of winning.
The MonCash Full Wallet Weekly Sweepstake is sponsored by Prism Financial Services Haiti S.A (DBA: Prism Transfer), located at 151 Angle Ave, Jean Paul II & Impasse Duverger, Port-au-Prince.
Sweepstake winners will be notified via an SMS announcing their prize.
Winners must confirm their identity with a valid ID corresponding to the one registered on their MonCash account and their wallet balance at the time of receiving the eligible IMT to receive the funds. If lower than the balance identified and verified by the MonCash operations team, the user’s wallet will be filled with the amount communicated during the confirmation call. If the users balance is higher than what was confirmed at the time of the IMT, the user will be instructed to perform a transaction (P2P, Top Up, Bill Payment or Cash Out) to reduce the balance to where they can receive the funds. The sum will be retained by MonCash until the user’s wallet balance is reduced to an amount that the remaining sum can be credited. Winners have 72 hours after first notification of the win to take the necessary steps to receive the funds, after which MonCash/PRISM Transfer IMT reserves the right to disqualify said winner.
Only the winners may receive their prize. No third party will be authorized to receive prizes on behalf of the winners.
Specific weekly drawing dates and winner announcement schedules will be conducted on [August 29th], [September 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th] and [Oct 1st] announced via SMS.
Promotion Communication: This Promotion will be announced to customers via SMS and direct notifications within the MonCash application only.
Liability: MonCash and Prism Transfer shall not be liable for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network connections or hardware/software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; or (iii) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of this Promotion.
Modifications & Cancellation: MonCash and Prism Transfer reserves the right, at any time with or without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or cancel the offers and terms and conditions of this Promotion, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion. Notification will be provided via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or on the date stated in such notifications.
Employees/Affiliates: All employees of Digicel and/or Prism Transfer and all employees of companies affiliated and/or associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
Fraud & Abuse: MonCash and Prism Transfer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Promotion if fraud, viruses, or other technical problems corrupt the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such an event, MonCash and Prism Transfer reserves the right to award alternate prizes of any kind by means of a random drawing from eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. MonCash and Prism Transfer also reserves the right to disqualify or terminate this offer if it is determined, in its sole discretion, that a participant is abusing the Promotion (e.g., any attempt to tamper with the integrity of our services).
Personal Use: This Promotion is offered for your personal use only and not for commercial use. Participants agree not to sell any prize obtained through this Promotion.
Extension: MonCash and Prism Transfer may extend and/or terminate this Promotion at any point in time.
Associated Costs: Participants are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred for connectivity and data usage in connection with their use of the application.
Other Promotions: The 200 HTG Top Up Credit Reward (if applicable) is not related to this promotion and shall not be interpreted as a joint reward.
