    How it Works:

    1. Share the Code: Share the promo code MONCASH with your family and friends living abroad.
    2. New User Enters Code: Your friend, as a first-time Sendwave user, enters the code MONCASH in the "Me" section of the Sendwave app.
    3. Family or Friend Makes Transfer: Your friend makes an international money transfer using Sendwave.
    4. Family or Friend Receives Discount: Your friend receives a $15 USD discount on their first Sendwave transfer. For example, if they want to send $100 USD, they will only need to send $85 USD.
    5. You Receive Cashback: You, as a MonCash Plus Wallet customer, you will receive the HTG equivalent of $15 USD as a cashback credit in your MonCash Plus Wallet. This is in addition to the money they send to you.

    Example:

    Let's say your friend in the USA uses Sendwave for the first time and enters the code MONCASH. They want to send you $100 USD.

    • They pay $85 USD for the transfer (after the $15 USD credit).
    • You receive the equivalent of $100 USD in HTG in your MonCash Plus wallet (approximately 12,868 HTG inclusive of the IMT tax).
    • You also receive a cashback credit of approximately 1,964 HTG in your MonCash Plus wallet shortly after.

  • Duration of the Initiative

    This initiative will run from Thursday, January 1st, 2026, at 12:01 AM to Tuesday, March 31st, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM.

    General Terms and Conditions to participate in the Promotion.

    • By participating in the initiative, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    • These terms and conditions incorporate the terms and conditions and privacy policy relating to "MonCash" which you can access via the application or USSD menu.
    • All participants must be 18 years of age or older, have a full wallet account and opt-in to authorize PRISM Transfer to deposit the funds in their MonCash account
    • Customers must be MonCash Plus users to be eligible to receive the $15USD Cashback credit;
    • All Digicel employees and all employees of companies affiliated and/or associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate in the draw;
    • To be eligible, the customer will have to receive an International Money Transfer from Sendwave App from any jurisdiction applicable.

    • MonCash Eligible Customers will be credited with the HTG amount equivalent to $15USD after they successfully receive an International Money Transfer from a new Sendwave user who enters the code MONCASH in the Me section of the Sendwave app;

  • Details of the $15USD Cashback Credit

    • International Transfer $15USD Cashback credit will be deposited every time a new Sendwave user enters the code MONCASH in the Me section of the Sendwave app;
    • Each MonCash Eligible Customer will receive an SMS confirming the International Transfer Cashback Credit amount has been credited to their account;
    • There is no limit for times a user can receive an International Transfer $15USD Cashback Credit.
    • The initiative will be announced to customers via SMS, direct notifications in the app itself, digital ad placements, and social media ads,
    • MonCash nor Prism Transfer shall not be liable for the followings: (i) technical failures of any kind such as, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in network connections or hardware or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part; or (iii) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of this promotion;
    • MonCash & Prism Transfer reserves the right, at any time with or without notice, to modify, suspend or cancel the terms and conditions of this promotion, temporarily or permanently, at its discretion. In all cases, notification will be given via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or on the date as stated in such notifications;
    • MonCash & Prism Transfer also reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this promotion if fraud, viruses, or other technical problems corrupt the administration, security, safety, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such event, MonCash reserves the right to award an alternate prize of any kind by means of a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment;
    • This initiative is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prize obtained in this promotion;
    • MonCash & Prism Transfer may extend this initiative at any point in time;
    • MonCash & Prism Transfer reserves the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if it is determined, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the promotion; such abuse including but not limited to any attempt to tamper with the integrity of our services;
