About MonCash

1. Introduction & Overview

Welcome to the MonCash GÒL SAN KANPE ("Promotion"). This Promotion offers eligible MonCash Plus wallet users a cashback bonus when they receive qualifying International Money Transfers (IMT) from the United States via the Digicel International App or Web.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are in addition to, and incorporate, the general terms and conditions and privacy policy governing your MonCash account, accessible via the MonCash application or USSD menu. 2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 5th, 2026, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 19th, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET. MonCash & Prism Transfer reserves the right to extend or modify the Promotion Period at its discretion, with prior notification.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a fully activated MonCash Plus wallet account.
  • Have a valid, unexpired ID on file with MonCash.
  • Opt-in to authorize PRISM Transfer to deposit funds directly into their MonCash account.

4. Sender Benefit: Fee Waiver via Promo Code "3Free"

During the Promotion Period, senders initiating transfers from the United States via Digicel International can waive their standard transaction fees under the following terms:

  • Platform Requirement: Senders must use the official Digicel International App or the Digicel International Website (Web platform).
  • Promo Code Application: Senders must enter the promotional code 3Free at the checkout screen prior to confirming the transaction.
  • The Benefit: Upon successful validation of the code, the standard sender transaction fee will be reduced to $0 USD (100% fee waiver).
  • Senders can use the promo code 3Free three times throughout the Promotion Period.

5. Receiver Benefit: International Transfer Cashback Bonus

Mechanic:

When an eligible MonCash Plus user receives an International Money Transfer from the Digicel International App or Web from the USA of any value above 262 HTG (inclusive), MonCash will instantly credit a $10 USD bonus equivalent to approximately 1,311 HTG cashback to their MonCash account at the time the IMT is received and automatically enter them into the raffle for a 65" Smart TV on the next match day where the Haiti National Team will play.

Details:

The $10 cashback bonus will be deposited in Haitian Gourdes (HTG).

Each eligible MonCash customer will receive an SMS confirmation once the HTG cashback bonus has been credited to their account.

There is no limit to the number of times a user can receive the HTG cashback bonus during the Promotion Period, provided each IMT meets the qualifying criteria.

6. Raffle Mechanics: 65" Smart TV Giveaways

As an added benefit, every qualifying transaction automatically enters the receiver into a promotional raffle to win one of three 65" Smart TVs:

  • Entry Method: Any eligible receiver who receives a qualifying IMT (per Section 5) during the Promotion Period is automatically registered for the raffle.
  • Draw Schedule: Drawings will occur live on the match days of the Haiti National Football Team (Les Grenadiers) on the following dates:
    1. Matchday 1 Raffle: June 13, 2026
    2. Matchday 2 Raffle: June 19, 2026
    3. Matchday 3 Raffle: June 24, 2026
  • Winner Announcement & Transparency: To ensure absolute ecosystem trust and transparency, all raffle winners will be announced across official Digicel social media channels immediately following the verification of the draw on each designated match day.
  • Prize Claiming: Winners will be contacted directly by MonCash/Prism Transfer representatives with instructions on how and where to collect their 65" Smart TV. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. General Terms & Conditions

Promotion Communication: This Promotion will be announced to customers via SMS, social media, radio, direct calls, and direct notifications within the MonCash application only.

Liability: MonCash & Prism Transfer shall not be liable for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network connections or hardware/software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; or (iii) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of this Promotion.

Modifications & Cancellation: MonCash & Prism Transfer reserves the right, at any time with or without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion.

Fraud & Abuse: MonCash & Prism Transfer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Promotion if fraud, viruses, or other technical problems corrupt the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such an event, MonCash and Prism Transfer reserve the right to award alternate prizes of any kind by means of a random drawing from eligible entries received up to the time of impairment.

Personal Use: This Promotion is offered for your personal use only and not for commercial use. Participants agree not to sell any prize obtained through this Promotion.

Extension: MonCash & Prism Transfer may extend this Promotion at any point in time.

Associated Costs: Participants are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred for connectivity and data usage in connection with their use of the application.

Other Promotions: The Digicel International Cashout Fee Cashback promotion (if applicable) is not related to this International Transfer promotion and shall not be interpreted as a joint reward. Prism Transfer will continue to reward the MonCash International Money Transfer receiver until supplies last (as per separate terms).
