Pursuant to a Digicel theme, when users receive an International Money Transfer in their MonCash Plus Wallet Accounts from abroad, MonCash will credit the equivalent of the $1.50 tax. For example, if a MonCash Plus Wallet Customer receives 9,151 HTG, MonCash will credit approx. 196 HTG into the user’s MonCash Plus Wallet account.

The initiative will run from May 19th, 2025, at 12:01 AM to May 25th, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM eastern time.

• By participating in the initiative, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;

• These terms and conditions incorporate the terms and conditions and privacy policy relating to "MonCash" which you can access via the application or USSD menu;

• All participants must be 18 years of age or older, have a full wallet account (MonCash Pus) and opt-in to authorize PRISM Transfer to deposit the funds in their MonCash account;

• Customers must be MonCash Plus users to be eligible to receive the credit equivalent to $1.50 tax;

• Customers must have an unexpired ID in their MonCash profile accounts,

• To be eligible, the customer will have to receive an international money transfer from abroad of 9151 HTG or more;

• MonCash Eligible Customers will be credited with ($1.50 USD) the amount of the inbound tax for international money transfers;

• International Money Transfers $1.50 Tax Credit will be credited every time a user receives an international money transfer of 9151 HTG or more;

• The $1.50 USD credit will be deposited in HTG and may vary daily. The credit is based on the midpoint rate between the Reference Rate and the Acquisition Rate published by the BRH daily multiplied by $1.50 USD. To consult the daily rates, please visit Banque de la République d'Haïti | BRH

• Each MonCash Eligible Customer will receive an SMS confirming the International Transfer $1.50 Tax amount has been credited to their account in the form of a Cashback bonus.

• There is no limit for times a user can deposit an International Transfer from MoneyGram to receive the $1.50 tax credit.

• The initiative will be announced to customers via SMS and direct notifications in the app itself.

• MonCash shall not be liable for the followings: (i) technical failures of any kind such as, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in network connections or hardware or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part; or (iii) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of this promotion;

• MonCash reserves the right, at any time with or without notice, to modify, suspend or cancel the terms and conditions of this promotion, temporarily or permanently, at its discretion. In all cases, notification will be given via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or on the date as stated in such notifications;

• MonCash also reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this promotion if fraud, viruses, or other technical problems corrupt the administration, security, safety, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such event, MonCash reserves the right to award an alternate prize of any kind by means of a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment;

• This initiative is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prize obtained in this promotion;

• MonCash may extend this initiative at any point in time;

• MonCash reserves the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if it is determined, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the promotion; such abuse including but not limited to any attempt to tamper with the integrity of our services;

• You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred for connectivity and data usage in connection with your use of the application;

• The 200HTG Top Up Credit Reward is not related to this International Transfer BRH Fee Credit and shall not be interpreted as a joint reward. Digicel Haiti will continue to reward the MonCash International Money Transfer receiver until supplies last.
