Pursuant to a Digicel theme, when users receive International Money Transfers in their MonCash Plus Wallet Accounts from Digicel International App or Web from the United States, MonCash will credit the equivalent to the cash out fee as applied if the user intended to withdraw the funds. For example, if a MonCash Plus Wallet Customer receives an International Money Transfer between 1,000HTG and 1,999HTG, MonCash will credit 40HTG into the user’s MonCash Plus Wallet account.

The initiative will run from 00:01 am June 19th, 2024, until further notice.

• By participating in the initiative, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
• These terms and conditions incorporate the terms and conditions and privacy policy relating to "MonCash" which you can access via the application or USSD menu;
• All participants must be 18 years of age or older, have a full wallet account and opt-in to authorize PRISM Transfer to deposit the funds in their MonCash account;
• Customers must be MonCash Plus users to be eligible to receive the credit equivalent to the MonCash Cash Out fee;
• All Digicel employees and all employees of companies affiliated and/or associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate in the draw;

• MonCash Eligible Customers will be credited with the amount of the cash out fee after they successfully receive an International Money Transfer from Digicel International; this amount will vary depending on the international transfer they receive;
• If the MonCash Eligible Customer receives an International Money Transfer less than 250HTG, MonCash will not credit any amount since the Cash Out fee for those amounts equals zero;
• The International Transfer Cash Out Fee Credit will be based according to the table below:

• Transfer Cash Out Fee Credit will be deposited every time a user receives an International Money Transfer from Digicel International;
• Each MonCash Eligible Customer will receive an SMS confirming the International Transfer Cash Out Fee Credit amount credited to their account;
• There is no limit for times a user can receive an International Transfer Cash Out Fee Credit. The limit on the amount of the credit is based on established MonCash Cash out Fees;
• The initiative will be announced to customers via SMS, direct notifications in the app itself, digital ad placements, social media ads, radio spots, displays in Digicel stores, MonCash agents, and FOTS teams;
• MonCash shall not be liable for the followings: (i) technical failures of any kind such as, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in network connections or hardware or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part; or (iii) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of this promotion;
• MonCash reserves the right, at any time with or without notice, to modify, suspend or cancel the terms and conditions of this promotion, temporarily or permanently, at its discretion. In all cases, notification will be given via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or on the date as stated in such notifications;
• MonCash also reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this promotion if fraud, viruses, or other technical problems corrupt the administration, security, safety, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such event, MonCash reserves the right to award an alternate prize of any kind by means of a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment;
• This initiative is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prize obtained in this promotion;
• MonCash may extend this initiative at any point in time;
• MonCash reserves the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if it is determined, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the promotion; such abuse including but not limited to any attempt to tamper with the integrity of our services;
• You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred for connectivity and data usage in connection with your use of the application;
• The 200HTG Top Up Credit Reward is not related to this International Transfer Cash Out Fee Credit and shall not be interpreted as a joint reward. Digicel Haiti will continue to reward the MonCash International Money Transfer receiver until supplies last.
