Contest name: MonCash Mania
This promotion aims to boost engagement with the MonCash application by allowing users to participate in an icon match to win cash prizes. MonCash users can access this feature to earn points that can be converted into cash rewards.
All users of the MonCash Plus application receive an icon matching attempt in MonCash Mania. After using their first attempt, users can get additional attempts by making eligible transactions. Each attempt gives the user twenty (20) initial moves to match icons and accumulate points.
To score points, users must align at least three (3) of the same icons on a horizontal or vertical line. The ten (10) highest scores of the week will be eligible for rewards.
Contest description:
From Tuesday, April 22, 2025, to Monday, May 19, 2025, users of the MonCash Plus app will be able to participate in MonCash Mania. The feature will be available in the MonCash application, and users will be ranked according to their highest score obtained during the week. Each week, the top ten (10) users will be declared winners and will receive a cash prize of 9,500 HTG deposited into their account. Each user will start with twenty (20) moves at each attempt. Once these moves have been used, users must complete an eligible transaction to obtain further attempts. Eligible transactions and attempts include:

P2P: 3 attempts with 20 moves each

Merchant Payment: 2 attempts with 20 moves each

Bill Payment: 1 attempt with 20 moves
Users can participate each week by making eligible transactions without restrictions. The score resets after each attempt. If a user quits without using all the moves, the attempt is lost, and no points are recorded; a new attempt will be required to match icons and score points. Each user's highest score for the week will determine their ranking in the competition. The ten (10) highest- ranked users at the end of the week will be declared winners.
Promotion duration:
The promotion will run from Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 00:01 a.m. to Monday, May 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. inclusive.
Terms and conditions of participation in the promotion

By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions include the terms and conditions and privacy policy relating to “MonCash” which you can access via the app;

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to participate;

Customers must be MonCash Plus (Full Wallet) users to access this feature and participate in the promotion;

Customers must complete at least one of the following transactions: p2p transaction, bill payment, MonCash scan or QR code for merchant payments. There is no minimum amount of money that customers are required to spend on any of these transactions.

All of the above transactions must be completed between April 22, 2025 and May 19, 2025 to receive attempts.

If a customer registers as a new MonCash user on the same day they make a P2P transaction, invoice payment or scan the MonCash QR code for merchant payments, they will also be eligible.

Once a MonCash customer has made a transaction and achieved the top ten (10) scores for that week during the promotional period, the customer will automatically be eligible.

11. Winners will be selected each week during the promotional period. Ranking selection will take place at 151 Angle Ave, Jean Paul II & Impasse Duverger, Port-au-Prince at 1:00p.m. each week according to the table above respectively, and according to the draw dates as indicated in the schedule above.

A list of eligible winners will be selected based on their position in the high score ranking from an electronic database managed by MonCash. This list will contain the following elements: name, telephone number, transaction location, registration date and points accumulated during the game.

MonCash customers will win one of the weekly prizes; a customer may not win two prizes at the same time, in the same week and for the duration of the promotion.

MonCash customers are also not eligible to win twice in the promotion; for example, if a MonCash customer won in week 1, they will not be eligible to win in any other week.

MonCash will take a sample of the winner's amount and verify the identity of the account holders.

MonCash customer service will make up to three (3) attempts to notify customers. Attempts will be made depending on whether or not the winner claims the prize;

MonCash customer service will contact customers up to one week after their first contact to remind them that their prize is available;

Before the 9,500.00 HTG is deposited into the MonCash account, Digicel will check the validity of the account and verify the eligibility of the winners. The customer will then receive the money after being contacted by MonCash customer service. If, for any reason, the account of any participant and/or winner cannot be validated, Digicel reserves the right to exclude said participant and/or winner and the amount will not be transferred, and Digicel shall not be liable.

Only winners may receive their prize. No third party will be allowed to receive prizes on behalf of the winners. Prizes are not transferable and money will not be deposited into a third party's account.

Winners will be eligible for only one prize;

All eligible transactions must be completed in the MonCash application for a user to be eligible.

All Digicel employees and all employees of companies affiliated and/or associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter the prize draw;

The promotion will be announced to customers via SMS, direct notifications in the app itself, digital ad placements, social media advertising, radio spots, displays in Digicel stores and MonCash agents;

Digicel is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, such as, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in network connections or hardware or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention by any party; or (iii) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of this promotion;

Digicel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by any participant in connection with the promotion

Digicel reserves the right, at any time with or without notice, to modify, suspend or cancel the terms and conditions of this promotion, temporarily or permanently, at its discretion. In all cases, notification will be given through media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or on the date indicated in such notifications;

Digicel also reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this promotion in the event that fraud, viruses or other technical problems corrupt the administration, security, safety or proper conduct of the promotion. In such event, Digicel reserves the right to award an alternate prize of any kind by means of a random drawing from among eligible entries received up to the time of failure;

This promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial purposes and you agree not to sell any prizes obtained as part of this promotion;

Digicel reserves the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if it is determined, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the promotion; such abuse including, but not limited to, any attempt to tamper with the integrity of our services;
