MonCash-Prism Transfer Holiday Surprise Promotion
Welcome to the MonCash/PRISM Transfer IMT Holiday Surprise Promotion ("Promotion"). This Promotion offers eligible MonCash Plus wallet users’ automatic entry into MonCash Full Wallet Holiday Surprise Sweepstake when they receive 3 qualifying International Money Transfers (IMT) from abroad.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are in addition to, and incorporate, the general terms and conditions and privacy policy governing your MonCash account, accessible via the MonCash application or USSD menu. The Promotion begins on December 1st, 2025, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 31st, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET, inclusively.
To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must meet the following criteria:
Mechanic:
Each time an eligible MonCash Plus user receives 3 International Money Transfer from abroad at any value, MonCash will enter the user into the next day’s sweepstake that will be drawn on a daily basis; if any of the international money transfers has a value of $65+ USD or more (inclusive), then it will double the entry for the user for a chance to win a wallet refill bonus up to 100,000 HTG to their MonCash account if selected as a winner.
Details:
The MonCash wallet will be refilled in Haitian Gourdes (HTG).
Each eligible MonCash user will receive an SMS confirmation once the wallet has been refilled to their account.
The number of entries in the prize draw is unlimited during the promotion period, provided that a minimum of 3 IMT transactions are received for each weekly entry.
Mechanic:
Every time an eligible MonCash user receives 3 IMT transactions from abroad that qualifies during the Promotion Period, their phone number will automatically be entered into the daily MonCash Full Wallet Holiday Surprise Sweepstake. If any of the 3 IMT transactions was higher than $65+ in value, the receiver number will be entered twice into the sweepstake.
If an eligible MonCash user receives less than 3 IMT transactions from abroad during the promotional period, their phone number will not be entered into the daily sweepstake.

The draw will be carried out every day for five (05) consecutive weeks and the winners will be announced weekly on the official MonCash and Prism Transfer platforms.
THREE (03) lucky MonCash IMT receivers, eligible under these terms and conditions, will be randomly drawn each day to have their Wallet refilled up to 100,000 HTG based on the time and new balance of their account when they received the third eligible IMT. For example, if at the time a MonCash IMT receiver receives 3 eligible IMT transactions, the wallet balance by the time they receive the third IMT transaction is of 100 HTG and they received a $66 USD (Approx 8,646 HTG), their new balance will be 8,746 HTG; then we will use this balance as the basis to refill their account up to 100K HTG; that is a refill bonus of 91,254 HTG! if you receive a P2P or deposit after the third IMT credit; you will be contacted to diminish your balance before we refill your account.
The receiver's chances of winning increase with every three IMT transactions they receive.

Sweepstake winners will be notified via an SMS announcing their prize.
Winners must confirm their identity with a valid ID corresponding to the one registered on their MonCash account and their wallet balance at the time of receiving the third eligible IMT to receive the funds.
If lower than the balance identified and verified by the MonCash operations team, the user’s wallet will be filled with the amount communicated during the confirmation call.
If the users balance is higher than what was confirmed at the time of the third IMT transaction, the user will be instructed to perform a transaction (P2P, Top Up, Bill Payment or Cash Out) to reduce the balance to where they can receive the funds in accordance with current regulations and applicable minimum thresholds. The sum will be retained by MonCash until the user’s wallet balance is reduced to an amount that the remaining sum can be credited. Winners have 72 hours after first notification of the win to take the necessary steps to receive the funds, after which MonCash/PRISM Transfer IMT reserves the right to disqualify said winner at their discretion and to award the prize to another participant in accordance with these terms and conditions at their discretion.
Only the winners may receive their prize. No third party will be authorized to receive prizes on behalf of the winners.

Promotion Communication: This Promotion will be announced to customers via SMS and direct notifications within the MonCash application as well as social media designated channels.
Liability: MonCash and Prism Transfer shall not be liable for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network connections or hardware/software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; or (iii) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of this Promotion.
Neither MonCash nor Prism Transfer shall be liable for any fees, losses, or costs incurred by the participant, including transaction, connection, or data fees, nor for any damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion.
Neither MonCash nor Prism Transfer shall be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or harm of any kind resulting from any interruption, malfunction, processing delay, display error, or any other technical problem that may have affected participation in the draw or receipt of the prize.
No compensation, reimbursement, or recourse may be claimed under such circumstances.
MonCash and Prism Transfer reserve the exclusive right to determine the eligibility of participants based on the technical data available in their respective systems. In the event of a discrepancy between the data displayed on a mobile device and that recorded in the MonCash or Prism Transfer systems, only the data from those systems shall be considered valid. Modifications and Cancellation: MonCash and Prism Transfer reserve the right, at any time and at their sole discretion, with or without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Terms and Conditions of this promotion, temporarily or permanently. Notification will be sent via advertisements or messages to subscribers and will take effect immediately or on the date indicated in those notifications.
Employees/Affiliates: All employees of Digicel and/or Prism Transfer and all employees of companies affiliated with and/or associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
Fraud and Abuse: MonCash and Prism Transfer reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this promotion if fraud, a virus, or any other technical issue compromises the administration, security, or proper operation of the promotion. In such a case, MonCash and Prism Transfer reserve the right to award other prizes, of whatever nature, by random draw from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the disruption. MonCash and Prism Transfer also reserve the right to disqualify or terminate this offer if it is determined, in their sole discretion, that a participant is abusing the Promotion (for example, by attempting to compromise the integrity of our services).
Personal Use: This Promotion is for your personal use only and not for commercial purposes. Participants agree not to sell any prizes obtained through this Promotion.Extension: MonCash and Prism Transfer may extend or terminate this Promotion at any time.
Associated Costs: Participants are solely responsible for all fees and costs associated with connectivity and data usage related to their use of the application.
Other Promotions: The 200 HTG top-up reward (if applicable) is not linked to this Holiday International Transfer Promotion and should not be interpreted as a joint reward.
Information regarding the Promotion and its Terms and Conditions will be communicated to all eligible users via SMS containing a direct link to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute acceptance of by using the service.
