Welcome to the MonCash IMT Back-to-School Promotion (the "Promotion"). Under this Promotion, eligible MonCash Plus wallet users who receive an inbound International Money Transfer (IMT) from abroad with a value of at least 32,826 HTG (approximately $250 USD) will receive a complimentary 7-day telecom plan (420 minutes + 10.5 GB data) provisioned to their registered Digicel mobile line.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are in addition to, and incorporate, the general terms and conditions and privacy policy governing your MonCash account, accessible via the MonCash application or USSD menu.

The Promotion begins on September 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and continues while supplies last. MonCash reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or conclude the Promotion at any time once promotional inventory has been depleted.

To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must meet the following criteria:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a fully activated MonCash Plus wallet account.
• Have a valid, unexpired ID on file with MonCash.
• Opt-in to authorize PRISM Transfer to deposit funds directly into their MonCash account.

Mechanic:

Eligible MonCash Plus beneficiaries receiving an inbound International Money Transfer of at least 32,826 HTG (approximately $250 USD) will receive the 7-day bundle (420 minutes + 10.5 GB) on their registered Digicel line within minutes of transfer receipt. MonCash reserves the right to withhold bundle allocation if the beneficiary's wallet status is suspended or unverified at the time of transfer processing.

Details:

• The Free 7-day plan (420Min+10.5GB) will be credited by Digicel Haiti;
• Each eligible MonCash Customer will receive an SMS confirmation once the Free 7-day plan (420Min+10.5GB) has been credited to their account;
• There is no limit to the number of times a user can receive the Free 7-day plan (420Min+10.5GB) during the Promotion Period, provided each IMT meets the qualifying value threshold.

• Promotion Communication: This Promotion will be announced to customers via SMS, social media and direct notifications within the MonCash application only.
• Liability: MonCash shall not be liable for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network connections or hardware/software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; or (iii) technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of this Promotion.
• Modifications & Cancellation: MonCash reserves the right, at any time with or without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion. Notification will be provided via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or on the date stated in such notifications.
• Fraud & Abuse: MonCash reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Promotion if fraud, viruses, or other technical problems corrupt the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such an event, MonCash and Prism Transfer reserves the right to award alternate prizes of any kind by means of a random drawing from eligible entries received up to the time of impairment.
• MonCash and Prism Transfer also reserves the right to disqualify or terminate this offer if it is determined, in its sole discretion, that a participant is abusing the Promotion (e.g., any attempt to tamper with the integrity of our services).
• Personal Use: This Promotion is offered for your personal use only and not for commercial use. Participants agree not to sell any prize obtained through this Promotion.
• Extension: MonCash may extend this Promotion at any point in time.
• Associated Costs: Participants are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred for connectivity and data usage in connection with their use of the application.
• Other Promotions: Other promotions related to the International Transfer product shall not be interpreted as a joint reward.
